Specialized PACT Supervision

Expertise in PACT – A Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy

We offer specialized supervision in PACT, an evidence-based model developed by Dr. Stan Tatkin that integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, and arousal regulation. This approach equips therapists to help couples move beyond surface-level conflict, address underlying attachment patterns, and build secure-functioning relationships.

Common couple challenges addressed in PACT supervision:

  • Maladaptive communication cycles

  • High-conflict relationships

  • Infidelity recovery

  • Intimacy differences (sexual and emotional)

  • Premarital counseling

  • Blended family and parenting style differences

  • Life transitions and reconnection after emotional distance

What Sets Our Supervision Apart

Key values that shape every supervision experience with us.

Real-Life Clinical Integration

We focus on bridging theory and practice. Whether you’re facing complex client dynamics or exploring new modalities, our supervisors provide real-time, applicable insights rooted in years of clinical experience.

A Supervision Style That Adapts to You

Each therapist has a unique learning style. Whether you’re highly reflective or action-oriented, our supervision approach adapts to your needs while maintaining high professional standards.

Emotional Safety and Reflection

Therapists need space to process the emotional weight of their work. Our supervisors create a compassionate environment where vulnerability is welcome and emotional resilience is nurtured.

A Community of Practice

Supervision with us often leads to long-term mentorship and professional connection. You’ll gain more than just hours—you’ll become part of a learning community committed to excellence in therapy.

Beyond Compliance

We see supervision not just as a regulatory requirement, but as an opportunity to deepen your clinical identity. Our process helps you align your work with your values and develop a strong internal compass as a practitioner.

Growth Through Honest Feedback

We offer feedback that is both supportive and constructive—designed to help you grow without judgment. Together, we’ll identify your blind spots and strengthen your clinical judgment.

Begin Your Supervision Journey

Clinical supervision is more than fulfilling a requirement—it’s a space to grow, reflect, and build confidence in your therapeutic work. At our clinic, we see supervision as a true partnership, where your professional development is supported with intention and care.

Our supervisors are here to help you sharpen your clinical skills, strengthen your ethical judgment, and navigate the emotional demands of the work. Whether you’re just starting out or pursuing advanced credentials, we provide guidance tailored to your needs and goals.

We’re committed to helping you become not just a qualified therapist—but one who works with clarity, integrity, and lasting impact.

A Reflective Space to Strengthen Your Voice

Therapy is deeply relational work, and effective practice depends not just on technique, but on who you are in the room. Our supervision process supports you in becoming more attuned to your internal responses—your emotional reactions, assumptions, and vulnerabilities—so you can bring more awareness and authenticity into your clinical presence.

We create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can reflect on your experiences, process uncertainty, and explore your unique approach to the work. Over time, this reflective practice helps you develop a clearer sense of your clinical identity and a stronger, more grounded therapeutic voice. It’s a space where growth happens not just professionally, but personally—allowing you to work with greater confidence, self-awareness, and resilience.

Ethical Foundations, Real-World Application

Supervision that helps you navigate complex cases with clarity and confidence.

In clinical work, ethical questions often arise in nuanced, emotionally charged situations where there isn’t always a clear right answer. That’s why our supervision doesn’t stop at reviewing codes of conduct—it goes deeper into the day-to-day realities of therapeutic decision-making. Together, we explore how to uphold professional integrity while also honoring the humanity of your clients. Whether you're facing challenges around confidentiality, dual relationships, scope of practice, or informed consent, our supervisors help you think critically and act responsibly. Through this process, you'll develop a strong ethical foundation and the confidence to handle complex cases with both thoughtfulness and assurance.

Let’s Talk About Your Next Steps

Whether you're just entering the field or refining your approach after years of practice, the right supervision can transform how you work, how you grow, and how you care for others.

At our clinic, we offer more than oversight—we offer collaboration, mentorship, and a space where you can feel supported, challenged, and seen. If you're looking for clinical supervision that honors your goals, strengthens your practice, and evolves with you, we’re here to help.
