The Authentic Life is a psychotherapy clinic specializing in relationships. We offer services for general mental health counselling, couple therapy, family therapy, trauma therapy, and therapy for anxiety and depression. We also offer supervision and consultation services to mental health professionals.

Our Orleans Clinic is in the Centrum Plaza at 210 Centrum Boulevard, close to the Highway 174 off-ramp. The plaza is situated directly across from the Place D’Orleans shopping mall and the OP Transpo station. Centrum Plaza offers free, on-site parking.
