I feel great privilege to walk alongside people on their healing journeys. Through both life experience and professional training, I’ve witnessed the resilience of the human spirit, and I am constantly discovering what it means to be human and to feel fiercely. I also understand how overwhelming some emotions can feel, how tender they can be to sit with, and what it’s like to resist them. I am passionate about creating a space where we can gently connect with the parts of you that may feel difficult to reach, but that are deeply worthy of care and understanding. Together, we can explore what your emotions mean to you, what they need to feel seen, and how you might begin to communicate those needs in ways that support healthy, long-lasting relationships.
I strive to listen deeply and hold space for your full experience, approaching your inner and outer worlds with curiosity, compassion, and care. Through this journey, we can uncover the strengths, stories, and connections that bring meaning, and peace. My approach is shaped by my academic studies, my lived experience, and a core belief that healing happens in relationship. Before entering the field of psychotherapy, I worked in roles centered around community-building, land stewardship, and supporting individuals navigating systemic barriers. These experiences continue to inform how I show up in the therapy room, grounded, attuned, warm, and open. I offer therapy to individuals navigating the many complexities of being human, whether you’re working through deep pain, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or feeling the pull to reconnect with yourself and the world around you. Therapy is for anyone seeking growth, healing, and a deeper connection with themselves and others.
If you are curious about therapy, I encourage you to reach out for a free consultation. Together, we can explore if we’re a good fit and how I can best support your healing process.
