When we are stuck in the middle of personal or relationship conflict, things can quickly feel overwhelming. Even when everyone genuinely wants to make things better, old patterns can feel too deep to change. In those moments, just reaching out for help can feel like a huge, intimidating step, leaving you wondering if real change is even possible.
I believe that successful therapy begins with kindness first, both from the therapist and in cultivating kindness for oneself and one another. Utilizing a trauma-informed, holistic, and individualistic framework, I meet each client, couple, or family exactly where they are to accommodate their unique experiences, systemic needs, and shared goals. From a foundation of kindness, we work toward compassion to create a regulated, “judgement- free” environment where we can safely explore, heal, and rebuild connection.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable space rooted in a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we focus on discovering the specific tools that work for your unique dynamic, building a shared toolbox, and developing sustainable patterns of positive mental health so you and your loved ones can build resilience, flourish, and move forward with ease.
In my clinical practice, I utilize a trauma-informed lens to support individuals, couples, and families navigating a variety of life challenges; helping them cultivate meaning, relational resilience, and lasting well-being.
I am partnered, and a mother of two young men who have helped me learn patience and maintain a continual connection to that generation. I operate on the belief that kindness is the fertile soil in which resilience takes root, and therapy is the gentle tending that allows it to bloom.
