Stress & Burnout

Managing stress and burnout is an ever-present challenge in today's increasingly demanding world. Whether it's the workplace, while caregiving, or both, you're likely feeling a combination of mental and physical exhaustion that can be hard to shake off.

From long hours and high expectations on the job to financial constraints created by the rising cost of living, our current environment doesn't make matters easy. Healthcare workers, parents caring for infants, teens or elderly parents, and partners managing the ups and downs of relationships are just some of the populations who often find themselves dealing with greater levels of stress on a day-to-day basis.

That's where psychotherapy for stress and burnout comes in. Our therapists can help by leveraging CBT, compassion-based, behavioural and mindfulness-based interventions to help you cultivate the tools to better manage and effectively cope with life's demands – ultimately allowing you reach your highest potential without compromising your wellbeing. Mental health isn’t something you have to manage on your own. We are here to help.

A man is surrounded by and covered with numerous sticky notes with handwritten reminders and doodles, some floating in the air around him. The sticky notes contain messages like "TAKE A BREAK," "OFFLINE," "CHILL," "EAT SLEEP," and various checklists and drawings. The man's face is partially obscured by the notes, and he appears overwhelmed or overwhelmed.

“You are not here to be “productive.” You are here to be you, to engage with your Something Larger, to move through the world with confidence and joy.”
